Lunchbreak Bass

I haven't fished much lately because of work and a little bit of hunting but decided 10/30 to fish during lunch and a lake just down the road from my work. The ole gal hit right away but missed the rogue and after several more casts I moved down the bank for about 15 mins to let that spot rest. I then returned and on the second cast she slammed the rogue and the fight was on!.. No, not really I just cranked her in. She was a very old gal that may have went 2 -3 lbs heavier in her day but her back half was thin and her tail almost gone from years of bedding. She didn't have much fight left in her. She may not make it till next year. I took a few pic and then held her in the water for a few mins and she took off!...there is a little blood on her gill but she had stopped bleeding by the time she took off, ..luv the rogue. my second big bass bait.

Nice bass. I fish on my lunchbreaks almost every week, great way to rejuvenate for the tougher things in life.
